Payment Methods

Calzaturificio ROSSI accepts the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and Klarna.

Credit card

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system provided by Banca Sella.

Safety

Maximum security is guaranteed for purchases since all transactions are handled by Banca Sella.

However, Calzaturificio ROSSI recommends using Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requiring a PIN security code to make your purchases in complete safety.

The ROSSI Shoe Factory Customer Service operators are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or expiration dates.

Charge

If the funds on the card are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, Banca Sella will immediately send confirmation of the debit: the Customer will receive an email with a transaction confirmation code.

New customer

We would like to remind our new customers that Calzaturificio ROSSI requires Banca Sella to contact the counterparty bank to verify the transaction before the customer's credit card is charged. This verification may cause some delays in shipping your first order.

Calzaturificio ROSSI reserves the right to request that new customers ship the goods to their billing address.

Payment: Paypal

The customer can pay using their verified PayPal account. If PayPal payments are found to be originating from unverified accounts, they will be canceled.

Calzaturificio ROSSI ships goods only and exclusively to the address indicated on the account verified by PayPal.

It is also specified that, regardless of the payment method selected, the products ordered will remain the property of Calzaturificio ROSSI until the relative price has been fully collected.

Access and transaction security

To ensure simple and secure shopping, Calzaturificio ROSSI uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for transactions. This technology encrypts and protects the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, a padlock will appear at the top of your browser. Clicking it will provide information about registering your SSL digital certificate.

You'll also notice that the URL at the top of your browser begins with 'https:' instead of the usual 'http:'. This ensures you're in a secure environment.

Order changes

Changes cannot be requested for orders that have already been processed. Additional orders will be processed and shipped separately.

Order fulfillment

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Orders placed before 11:00 am are shipped the next working day, while those placed after 11:00 am will be shipped within the next 2 working days.
