Shipping methods and costs

Shipping to Italy

All orders shipped to Italy are delivered via GLS and require a signature upon delivery. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday at the following times: from 9.30 to 18.30.

You can request via email to be contacted by the courier to arrange a specific delivery time.

Once the items have been shipped it is no longer possible to change the destination address.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

Calzaturificio ROSSI ships all over the world.

All orders are delivered via DHL Monday to Friday. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Once the items have been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

Shipping is carried out exclusively with the EXPRESS service and therefore has a single rate depending on the destination country.

Requirements for importing to the USA

American citizens and non-American citizens but residents in the USA who import from abroad following online purchases are considered final importers: they must therefore have and provide the courier or broker a Social Security Number or, in the case of non-American citizens, a CBP - Customs Border Protection Number. The procedure to receive a CBP usually takes 10 working days.

In cases where the package cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address and telephone number, SSN or CBP number not provided) it will be sent back to Italy at the customer's expense: these costs, which include transport and customs charges charged upon return to Italy, will be deducted from the final refund.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost will be displayed during the purchase process next to the price of the product or products purchased in the order.

Order evasion

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm: orders placed before 11am are shipped the following working day, orders placed after 11am will be shipped within 2 working days thereafter.

Delivery times

Once the order has been processed, shipping times are as follows:

· Italy, Europe EU, USA, Canada and Japan: 1-4 working days

· Europe outside the EU and the rest of the world: 2-4 working days

The times indicated refer to shipments to the main cities.

The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods are to be delivered during delivery hours.

Any delays in delivery must be reported promptly to our Customer Service

Order Delivery

Upon delivery of the package, Customers are requested to carefully inspect it before confirming the delivery of the order with their signature. The goods become the property of the customer upon signature. The following cases may occur.

The package appears visibly tampered with upon delivery: customers are advised to sign the delivery with reservations or refuse it.

The Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender: any return shipping costs eventually charged to Calzaturificio Rossi will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

It is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract: the package could be returned to the sender. All return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Insurance

All shipped products are insured from the moment they are entrusted to the courier until delivery to the final Customer. Once delivered to the indicated address and collected, the goods are no longer insured.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, it is possible to return the item, unworn and unused, to request an exchange or a purchase voucher. The conditions and methods are as follows.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to cancel the order for any reason, as regulated in Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This right may be exercised exclusively by "consumer" customers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity).

Withdrawal methods

The Customer must communicate the withdrawal to Calzaturificio ROSSI within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. A communication may also be sent by fax or e-mail, but the registered letter must still arrive within the following 48 hours.

The mere return of the goods does not automatically imply a valid right of withdrawal from the contract.

The item must be returned intact (not worn, washed or altered) and placed in the original packaging in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, complete with all its components: tags, original accessories, including the authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut or broken.

Within 3 working days of receiving the withdrawal notice, Calzaturificio ROSSI will send the Customer by email the Return Authorization Number (NAR) to be reported on the outside of the package and, attached to the email, a pdf document that must be printed and inserted in the package. The Customer must prepare the package and send it to Calzaturificio ROSSI Srl, Via Dolomiti scn, 63812 Montegranaro (FM) Italy. The customer is advised to use a safe and reliable means of shipping and to keep a copy of the shipping document.

The return to the warehouse must take place within 10 working days from the date of delivery. The return shipment is at the expense of the Customer and under his complete responsibility until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse of Calzaturificio ROSSI.

Calzaturificio ROSSI is not responsible for damage or theft/loss of items returned with uninsured shipments.

Calzaturificio ROSSI will refund the customer for the entire purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within 30 working days from the date of return. The refund will be made on the same credit card or the same current account or Paypal account used by the Customer for payment.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the conditions of integrity of the goods do not exist, or:

· in the absence of the external packaging and the original packaging;

· for even partial use of the article or in the absence of its components (tags, accessories, labels and seals);

· for damage to the product.

In such cases, Calzaturificio ROSSI will return the item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs.

Return conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered. They must also be returned with all tags and any original accessories, including the authenticity label and security seal which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the Customer at their expense.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Return procedure

To request a return authorization, you must send an email to outlet@rossisrl.it within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the order, indicating in the email the order number, the item codes, the reason for the return and the chosen compensation method. The available options are: model change, size change, color change or purchase voucher.

The Customer will receive a confirmation email with an authorization number within 3 working days. At this point, he/she can prepare the package, attaching the adhesive label that was sent with the initial order to the outside of the package: the label contains the address of Calzaturificio ROSSI for the return delivery and a box where the authorization number communicated in the email must be reported.

The return to the warehouse must take place within 10 working days from the authorization date.

The return shipment is at the Customer's expense and under his/her complete responsibility until the certificate of receipt in the Calzaturificio ROSSI warehouse.

Calzaturificio ROSSI is not responsible for damage or theft/loss of items returned with uninsured shipments.

Within 3 working days of receiving the goods, Calzaturificio ROSSI will send an email confirming acceptance.

Calzaturificio ROSSI reserves the right to inspect the returned products and, if the return does not satisfy the expected conditions, to send it back with costs and charges borne by the buyer.

The acceptance email will indicate the compensation methods, depending on the option chosen, as specified below.

Voucher

Where a Voucher is required, this will only apply to the purchase price of the returned product and not to shipping costs or customs duties.

Calzaturificio ROSSI will make every effort to process the Purchase Voucher immediately, in any case within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return.

The customer will receive the Purchase Voucher via email.

The Voucher:

· is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

· can be used for one or more purchases until its value is completely exhausted

· can be used as partial payment for a higher value purchase

Changes

Model changes, size changes, and color changes are accepted.

Shipping of the item requested in exchange is free, customs charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

Free shipping is possible for one authorized exchange only.

Defective goods

Products received already damaged or showing defects of conformity are considered defective. Calzaturificio ROSSI reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns.

In case of acceptance of the defective return, Calzaturificio ROSSI will refund the purchase price of the item, shipping costs and customs duties. In case the initial shipment was made in DDU mode, with customs duties and taxes paid at destination, these amounts will be refunded if the appropriate documentation is sent, included in the return package, to Calzaturificio ROSSI.
